a highly regarded and very openly ambiguous asset to the agency, stefan keeps his silence for a purpose, but is never generally one seen to be a loner, although he sees himself as one. he is a seeming socialite, able to charm his way from one conversation to another, and everything he obtains, he remembers. annoyingly meticulous and neat, he prefers order to chaos, but always admits to have more fun when chaos comes around. very rarely does he act irrationally or crack under pressure, as he prefers to calm his mind in all things bad and worse, and so this would entail that it takes a great deal to find the tweak that would hit a nerve.
he is very dangerous to have a conversation with, as his intelligence is often veiled but brought out so subtlety, and in the most witty and disarming way possible. and with a smile that can just about make any woman fall in love, it’s not much of a surprise to see him surrounded by female population whenever he enters the office.

with a tongue so smooth, eyes so perceiving and ears so keen, he’s not one to likely be played with a lie, either.

stefan has a tendency to place unquestionable trust to any given person, so long as he sees the good in their intentions. it is no question to find him being greeted by whomever wherever he goes, because even then he befriends even the most odd and out of place people. he has a charisma that doesn’t ever wane, an aura so approaching that doesn’t fail to make those around him feel comfortable and at ease. his truths are pure, and he likes to make friends simply because he believes humans are complex in their simplicity, and so must be engaged for the different essence they carry.

these are rare in numbers, but they are possible all the same. he doesn’t generally like to create disputes or take part in a fight; he’s the peacemaker, and that may just tick some people off. his saint-like demeanour has often created envy in the past, and so is often the main cause for people coming up to him and taking a swing at his face.

he never means to hurt, but it’s no question that he is quite the ladies’ man. his flirtatious ways are impulsive and involuntary; he has a natural gift for it, as well as a knack to just about tie words into a ribbon for those who gaze at him with wondrous attraction. playful and teasing, quite a few broken hearts have followed at his wake, which should just about explain everything that’s needed to be explained. all his life, he’s never truly loved.

Well, if he befriends the odd and out of place, he and Dinah would probably get along well. They're close in age, both in the CIA... She tries hard to make friends, but can be sorta spazzy and weird, which makes it harder for her, but if he can overlook that, then so much the better for her.

I could see her having or developing a crush on him though, which would make her extra flustered and spazzy... She's kind of innocent and naive though, so I don't see it going further than a schoolgirl crush unless he were the one to steer it that way.

Just some ideas! Totally open to discussion, of course.

so even though they have nothing in common on the outside, they do on the inside, i think xD chelle is really sweet, but she's flirty too, and i feel like they'd get along well. even though she's taken, i feel like they'd just have an interesting conversation, if they were to ever come across each other. maybe a chance meeting, she spills coffee on him, bumps into him somewhere, something of the sort and we can take it from there?

wonderful! that is some fantastic fluffy stuffs, methinks. now that i think about it, it is more than likely that stefan will approach her in a more careful and thoughtful manner, and eventually become as close as being like siblings with her. i suppose that’s some hardcore friendzoning, but i see that there’s no more further intentions for either parties. she is quite the unique case, if i may comment so. he’s already wired to be a genius himself, but he’d preferred to magnify his interest in firearms, so i keep picturing this scene where.. she’s forgotten to take her medications, and she’s holding a bullpup or an MP5 submachine gun or something, so you know shit’s going down. and then stefan comes in and.. yeah, it ends there. way to kill a scene, right? haha, i’m terrible. XD

certainly a rather pleasant setting there, especially the teasing banter that he’ll most certainly enjoy. however, there won’t be a likely chance that he won’t be familiar with her name and face, as he’s done extensive research on every language he’s learned and knows, invading the know-hows and who-nows and when-whats. i’d imagine he’s also had assignments in france, so a face like hers will certainly be imprinted in his noggin somewhere. i want to say something about the sister part, but i can’t quite yet put my words together. ahh, i am confusing, sorry. XD let me know what you think.
