this here is lucille, lucy for short. she's chelle's older sister, and is twenty seven at the moment. she's a fordham agent, and going under another name, which you can decide. you can find more about her here.
basically, chelle decided to start looking for lucy on her own, after lucy walked out on their family and decided that living in the us was a better idea. she ended up joining up with fordham, and got fake living papers, etc. you can elaborate/fill in the blanks. lucy decided to find chelle when she found out that she was living in new york permanently, and also before she found out that she was in league with anything big and dark.

kay so since his pb is colton haynes, we'll call him colton. name is up to you, he's between twenty three and twenty five. he's a cia agent~ yeah. xD he's been in the cia since he was twenty, in training since eighteen. he wanted to be in the army, but decided cia might be better, for whatever reasons you can figure out.
there's not much detail when it comes to him and chelle, basically she doesn't know anything about him being in the cia. they've been dating for a year, and are pretty happy together.
he's pretty sweet to her half of the time, but i don't think he's genuinely like that. i think he has a bit of an ego, maybe a bit arrogant. i picture him as a jerk, so do with that what you will. xD
