Faction: Civilian (but could get caught up with other factions)

Biography: Victoria was born as the result of an affair. Dinah's father, Bruce, raised Victoria as his own until she was two, when her mother, Tracy, revealed she'd been sleeping with a man named Charles and Victoria was actually his daughter. Tracy then divorced Bruce and married Charles, bringing both girls with her, although Dinah would soon after move back to live with Bruce. Beyond that, Victoria's story is pretty open. Charles didn't really like Dinah, but I imagine his relationship with Victoria would have been much stronger, making her the favoured daughter.
Personality: Again, this is pretty open to the player. I'd like for her to be different from Dinah, and I'd like for the sisters to have a contentious relationship (because drama and angst are fun), but that doesn't mean I expect Victoria to be the full-out bad guy. I picture Victoria being a little spoiled (her father's a dentist, so the family does well but isn't exactly rich), but popular and outgoing, and Dinah's strangeness probably embarrasses her. But this is totally up for discussion.

Biography: Ian is Dinah's half-brother and Victoria's full brother. Dinah sort of resents him since she thinks he's the reason her mother pushed her away after Dinah chose to live with her father. His story is pretty open other than that.
Personality: Open to the player. It might be interesting if he were a little similar to Dinah (like good with computers or into math) but she won't see it because of her resentment. But I'm really open to discussion on that front.
