That girl up there with Bay is Katie, Baylee's bff. They became friends on their first day of high school and have been inseparable ever since. She must be a civilian and in high school with Bay. Name can be changed and history is open, as is her personality. I imagine her to be the wilder, more reckless one of the two though. Pb is debatable but I'd prefer Demi Lovato because those two are just adorable.
