Oakley has been with Fordham for seven years. She also disappeared from her home seven years ago and is thought to be dead. She's friendly and bubbly, but she never lets anyone see her any differently. She goes by Jessica Danielle McCoy in her non-spy life. More about her and her twisted history can be found here.

FRIENDS: You could consider Oakley to be a magnetic personality and she's naturally drawn to people. She's happy and bubbly and likes people paying attention to her. (I guess you can say she's a bit of an attention whore.) She'll have all types of friends from acquaintances to best friends, but she'll never let anybody know how she's really feeling.

ENEMIES: It's a given that Oakley doesn't like the CIA and her parents. I can see her not liking people who support her parents in one way or another. She also doesn't like anyone under the age of twelve, because of her little sister. However, she does put up with the teen division of Fordham.

LOVERS: Oakley loves boys and she loves to flirt. I see her having quite a few relationships. They can range from casual dates to serious relationships. I would like to see some variety here and maybe be super mean to her and have her unknowingly fall for an enemy agent.

OTHERS: Oakley grew up around NYC and she was quite well-known because of her parents. However, she's supposedly dead. It would be fun for her to run into childhood friends and have them be like "Aren't you Mackenzie? You're supposed to be dead." and have her convince them otherwise.

And the plots are not just limited to this! I'm completely and totally open to whatever ideas you come up with despite how wacky/twisted they may be.

yay another fordham~ hmm. jace has been in fordham for nineteen years - a fact that he doesn't admit to just anyone - so maybe they could've been friends for a few years, maybe worked an op or two together, something of the sort?

So at thirteen Cole just squeaks by not annoying Oakley based upon her age alone. Yay! Beyond that, hmm, I'm not quite sure how they'd get on. The bubbliness might annoy overly-serious Cole, but she could probably do with someone happy in her life right about now. And maybe they could bond over hating their respective families or something, IDK. So yeah, not sure. Maybe just toss 'em at each other and see how they get along? I'm open to ideas/suggestions though, of course.

Friends and being on a couple of ops works with me too. Maybe they're also the kind of friends that keep tabs on one another to make sure that the other is okay since they have their own issues to deal with?

Hmm... I don't know about these two either. I can see them bonding over hating their families, but I can also see Oakley taking Cole under her wings and being the older sister she never got to be. For the most part, I would say throw them in a thread somewhere and see how they do.
