Meet Dinah. She's pretty odd, definitely cracked and kinda crazy. But she means well and tries hard to be friendly. She suffers from anxiety and gets flustered in new social situations, is prone to babbling and rambling on in non-sequiturs when she's nervous, but as long as she's on her meds, she can function all right. Strangely, when she's undercover, she has an easier time acting normal than when she's just being herself.
She really wants to be liked but doesn't really know how to relate to people. Computers have just always made more sense to her than her fellow man. A hacker from a young age, she was tagged into the CIA when her con artist father was arrested and she got caught up in his schemes. Since she was 11, she's been hacking and working on tech for the Agency, along with doing the normal sort of ops. Naive and easy to manipulate within the system, she believes fully in what the CIA is doing, and is proud to be part of the team. She has no idea the clock is ticking on her useful life.

[FRIENDS] Dinah desperately wants friends, but she's not so good at making them. Still, she's been around the agency for about eight years now, so maybe a few people have managed to look past her weirdness and make an effort to understand her. And, of course, there are those who will be subject to her terrible attempts to befriend them.
CAN'T GET NO LOVE

[LOVERS] Dinah can sometimes seem almost asexual, but that's not really true. She wants love in her life, but again, has a lot of trouble relating to people. It might be interesting to do something where she has a crush on someone (appropriate or otherwise) and just completely spazzes out because of it. Or maybe someone is interested in her but she's completely oblivious. At any rate, it will take time and effort for someone to actually get through to her and for her to learn how to let them in.

[ENEMIES] Dinah doesn't really deliberately accumulate enemies on her own. Surely, there are plenty who will pick on her because she's weird or take advantage of her willingness to believe the best in people. And, of course, she sees those who work against the CIA as professional enemies. She may have also made some unwitting enemies of her own because of her full belief in the CIA's rightness. Anyone who confides doubts in her may find themselves betrayed, since she's likely to bring this to her superiors, wanting to help her fellow agents, and figuring they just need someone to clear up their questions.

[OTHERS] I'm open to pretty much anything and I love to thread, so if you have room for a quirky hacker in your life or some idea for a plot, give me a shout.
