THE MEMBER GROUPS ?!
Below can be found the member groups and the explanations of what they are and who they allow.
CIA,
The CIA's teenage spy division is lead by a Mrs. Jenine Brooks. She is the one who recruits people age seventeen and younger - the youngest she's willing to bring in are age seven. These spies are trained and then sent out on missions with gadgets that are disguised as things that any child would have on their person or carry around. They are usually paired with no less than one adult, and no more than two, usually this adult posing as a guardian of sorts - though it is not unusual for one of these operatives to go in on a mission alone. They are all tutored and trained in a nondescript office skyscraper in the heart of Manhattan, and end up the cream of the crop. When they hit the age of twenty, thought, they are dropped by the CIA. It is rare for anyone from the teenage spy division to end up as a regular CIA agent.
EX-CIA,
The ex-CIA was formed by Dmitri Grey, along with the help of his best friend Callen O'Connor. It is a group of people over age twenty that have been "thrown away" by the CIA after they've reached about their age. These are highly-trained spies and they are very good at what they do. They go against both Fordham and the CIA, botching missions left and right, on purpose. They botch CIA missions because they want them to be taken down, because they think the teenage division is wrong, but they mess with Fordham's missions as well, if only because it's in their blood and they can't let them go on, even if Fordham and the ex-CIA are on the same side. Most of them live in an old apartment building in the heart of the Bronx, or somewhere around that building, and have small jobs other than what they do with their group-mates. They meet weekly, and are quite busy between that time period. About half of the ex-CIA have siblings, either in the teenage spy division themselves, or as civillians. None of them are involved with Fordham in any way.
FORDHAM,
Fordham is the terrorist organization going against the CIA. Their founder was a Mr. Michael Fordham, which is where their name was taken from. His son, Nicholas Fordham, has taken over and is the current leader of the organization. They recruit their child spies at no younger than five, and the agents retire at fifty five. They have their own teenage spies, which outnumber the adult agents of the group itself. Being located in the slums of Brooklyn allows Fordham to easily pick up operatives off the streets or take them out of foster homes or bad situations, like the CIA's operatives. They are trained in deception and cunning, and are the cream of the crop - at least, on the bad side, they are. They are manipulative and can run circles around the honesty and good-will the CIA teaches their operatives. They are the dark side of the teenage spy era, and they have huge problems with the CIA doing the same thing, even though the idea was stolen from the CIA - no one ever said they were below hypocrisy. Many teenage Fordham operatives continue on to becoming regular operatives - very much unlike the CIA's policy. They don't usually have siblings - or know about them. Since they could have had siblings with their original family, and the youngest ones that are taken for the agency have had their names changed for the most part, there is always a possibility for these young people to run into family, and face the problem of - are they telling the truth - am I really related? Fordham covers up a lot about it's agents, and it's not exactly the most morally-founded organization, and so anything wild and wacky plot-wise would happen with the Fordhams.
CIVILIANS,
The civilians are all the normal people - well, not exactly normal. They can be everyday people, or they can be the children of important political figures - they can even be siblings of those in the ex-CIA, or unknowingly, siblings to those in Fordham. These are the people that, usually, have very little knowledge of the CIA, Fordham, the ex-CIA, and the teenage spy concept as a whole. These are also the people that end up getting tangled up in missions and things like that, and they have very eventful lives for those that aren't usually specifically involved or affliliated with one side.
