We Are Seeking
1.
Dragonriders;
- + Bronzeriders
- + Brownriders
- + Blueriders
- + Greenriders
+ Wings are in the works! We require Wingleaders, Wingseconds and Wingriders!
+ Gold Krypth is about to fly! We would love to see bronze, brown and blues take to the sky after the immature gold!
+ Everyone loves a good greenrider! With mischief, mayhem and flights, we welcome anyone who's interested in playing a green to join the ranks. There is never any shortage of IC drama available!
2.
Candidates;
+ 116 young people were Stolen between Early 227 AL and Late 230 AL.
+ Happy, angry, or unresponsive, these men and women are stolen at about 20 turns, give or take, and will have been in Katila for at least the past 12 months IC. The eldest will now be reaching for 30, the youngest will be in their late teens, early twenties.
+ Those that came South with the dragonriders in 216 are also eligible to Stand, should they be a minimum of 12 turns.
+ Weyrborn brats are currently still
just under the age bracket of 12 Turns.

Weyrlingmaster;
+ At Katila, we have one Weyrlingmaster per clutch, who follows a group of students through Candidacy, and after Impression, leads them through their education until graduation and they are filtered into the wings! They may ride any colour, be any gender, but it is preferred they be over the age of 50 turns.
**Please note, our dragonriders appear younger than their years. A 50 turn old rider is equivalent to a 30-odd turn old non-rider in regards to appearance, strength, health etc.

Weyrling Assistant;
+ 3-5 men or women, per Weyrlingmaster, on dragonback to assist with the education of the Candidates and future Weyrlings! They may ride any colour, be any gender, and any age. We consider it a bonus if they IC (not necessarily OOC) aspire to be a Weyrlingmaster.

Renewed Hope;
+ The clutchmates from 227's Renewed Hope are awaiting adoption!
+ Those in the World Above will be available on the
17th September, 2012.
Current & Upcoming Events
1.
New Turn Celebrations!+ Everyone is encouraged to celebrate in the Gather Square on the eve of the New Turn! Drinking, dancing, and much merriment is to be had!
2.
Chore Assignments!+ Always great for a laugh, and a good way to RP with other characters your character might avoid for any given reason, the chores are updated every month. In no way compulsory, they are simply a great way to get your character out and to socialise. They also offer great fodder for getting into trouble, whining, moping or general ribbing amongst friends.
3.
Reinstatement Of Wings+ Weyrleader D'ren and his new WeyrSecond N'gelt will be reinstating wings! This will include placement, practices, games and competitions! There will be ranking positions open for Wingleaders and Wingseconds!
4.
Krypth's Maiden Flight+ World Above hatched Krypth is going to fly on July 15th! It will cause quite the stir IC when she takes the Weyr by surprise with such an early first flight. Her flight will be
completely open to blue, brown and bronze chasers! Who wins will be up to the Player of Krypth, and we're all excited to see new faces chasing the pretty gold!
