To those that know him in the ex-cia, or just in general, he's Dmitri. To those that know him from the CIA, or through Fordham, he's Azrael, and he lives up to the name. Azrael means Angel of Death, and if you're a part of the CIA or Fordham, or you've betrayed him, he certainly follows through with the name's meaning. However, he highly dislikes harming people, rarely kills too, which is why he prefers to go by Dmitri.
He's easy enough to get along with. In general, he's a friendly guy that runs the local flower shop.Dmitri tries to always be there for everyone, even if it means running himself into the ground. Members of the Ex-CIA will notice that despite not thinking so, he is a pretty capable leader. He's also made a point to befriend the members of his group. While his best friends are Callen and his sister, Baylee, he's always open to more friends. He's also currently taken by Jace, but that doesn't mean one sided crushes on him aren't allowed. He can be pretty oblivious when it comes to flirtations towards him, especially from girls. As for enemies, that pretty much covers all of the CIA and most of Fordham, along with anyone that has done him wrong.
Basically, while he has a decent amount for everything, he's still open for whatever. Have an idea? Post it, and we'll see where it goes.

jace would just like to make it known and reinforce the fact[psa style] that dmitri is completely and utterly taken and that one sided crushes will stay just that, one sided. *nod*

Because he started the ex-CIA, Meg would try to tone down on her snark/swearing to be a bit respectful and would probably call him "boss" to be annoying (if she can't swear, that's her alternative). She'd find him to be pretty cool. They'd definitely be acquaintances, at the very least, but I'm not sure how far that friendship would go. Ideas?

Megan and Dmitri
Dmitri has this annoying habit of befriending anyone in the ex-cia just enough so that they know they can trust him and go to him with anything. He doesn't really mind swearing and such, as long as its not around his sister, and if you're not showing anyone disrespect, he's fine with you. He'd probably find the 'boss' thing kinda cute in a way, but he doesn't think he's that great of a leader. I could see these two being friends, easily.

As long as he could see that her being sarcastic to people isn't her necessarily trying to be cruel to people, it's just a defense mechanism, they'd be fine. If you want to thread, I'm open!

Brian & Dmitri
I really feel like Brian and Dmitri should meet at some time, of course Laina has implied that you have some kind of plan for this. I just think I should make a suggestion or two, currently the only real suggestion I have for them is that I think that Dmitri should meet Brian on a mission or in some kind of situation that allows them to become instantly enemies or at least so Dmitri would assume. Obviously Brian wouldn't have any interest at all in being Dmitri's enemy but of course if they met as separate agents then they wouldn't have much choice. Anyway, it's just a single suggestion, feel free to let me know what you think and if you have any other ideas.
