THE RULES ?!
1. JOINING - You can register with whatever name you want. When you decide on a name for your character, edit your profile to reflect that name. The format has to be first and last name, in all upper case letters, with no punctuation. Icons can be no bigger than 150 x 200. Only one character is allowed per account - if you want another character, make another account. When making characters, you must remember that you can't make a second character until two weeks from the acceptance date of your first character. Also, please keep in mind the ratios when making characters - the member groups, and male to female.
2. APPLICATIONS - For the application, you have two choices. You either have the Traditional Application, or the Free Form App. Chose one, fill it out, and then post it in the correct sub-board. Please don't harass any of the staff members to look at your app. We have lives outside of the site, so if your app has been sitting there for a few hours, or even a day, it's nothing personal. If it's been fourty-eight hours, then by all means, pm one of us. But nothing less than that.
3. POSTING - When it comes to posting, please only get into as many threads as you can handle. You have to post more than twice a week to remain "active", and that means in character posts. The passcode to the rules is "turtle shells". The word-count for the site is three hundred and fifty words, so nothing under that per in character post. Also, this site is rated PG-13, so nothing more than that in any posts.
3B. THREADS IN THE PAST - Obviously when you make a character, there's going to be history involved. We're allowing people to have threads with other characters that have happened in the past. For example, if your character is a part of the Ex-CIA, they can have threads from when they were in the CIA. Just make sure that there is a "Past" tag in the subject. Whether it be [Past], (Past) or <Past>, be sure to tag it, and have fun further developing your characters!
4. RESPECT - When it comes to respect, everyone respects each other. Members respect staff, and members respect other members. No buts.
